By accessing or using Agent Nonce ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Agent Nonce provides a just-in-time credential issuance service that generates short-lived, scoped tokens ("nonces") for use by AI agents and automated systems. The Service acts as a credential broker — storing your API credentials in an encrypted vault and issuing derivative tokens with limited scope and lifetime.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Service to: circumvent security controls of third-party services; issue nonces for unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have permission to access; conduct automated attacks or credential stuffing; or resell access to the Service without written authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Agent Nonce account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@agentnonce.com.
You grant Agent Nonce permission to store your API credentials in encrypted form solely for the purpose of issuing derivative nonces. You represent that you have the right to store and use these credentials. Agent Nonce does not inspect credential contents beyond what is necessary to issue scoped tokens.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions. Pro and Enterprise customers have SLA terms defined in their separate agreements.
The Service, including all software, documentation, and branding, is owned by Agent Nonce, Inc. You retain ownership of your data and credentials stored in the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your vault credentials and activity logs are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Agent Nonce's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. We will notify you via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
